Terms and Conditions

Below are our standard terms and conditions, please read them carefully, by using our site you are accepting these terms and conditions.

Money Back Guarantee

You may cancel your order at any time between the day the order is placed and the end of the 7th working day following the day on which your goods are received.

If you wish to return goods after they have been delivered please ensure the goods are in their original state including all packaging, it is your responsibility and cost to send goods back to us on a recorded and insured service. If the goods don't reach us you can raise a claim through your opted delivery service.

Cancelled orders will be refunded within 7 days upon receipt of the returned goods.

Delivery

Please ensure you check the goods before signing for them. If any of the goods are damaged on arrival please do not accept the delivery and instruct the courier to return the goods to sender. Once you have accepted the goods any errors or faults should be notified to us within 24 hours.

We will always try to deliver goods on time and you will be notified when they have been dispatched, however you should not book tradesman based on these dates, we will not be held responsible for lost labour times if the goods do not arrive when expected. Please ensure you have your goods and they are correct before booking a tradesman.

Guarantee

All goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days. Most products have manufacturer guarantees past this period which are detailed on the product pages.

Complaints

Should you have any complaints please contact us by email and we will respond within 24 hours(working day).

Faulty Goods

If you have any faulty goods please contact us on 0800 612 3580 to discuss the fault, if we cannot resolve the issue we will ask you to return them to us for testing. Once we have tested the goods, upon finding a fault we will refund or replace your goods within 7 days including any reasonable postage charges incurred. If we cannot find a fault with the goods we will send them back to you and no refund will be raised, you will also be charged for the additional postage.

Returning Goods

Should you need to return goods to us for any reason please email us using the contact us tab and request a returns form. We will email you a returns form which you must print out, complete and enclose with the goods being sent back to us. All returns should be sent to: Parker Anderson Ltd, Unit 736-738, Ampress Lane, Ampress Park, Lymington, Hampshire, SO40 4UR. We will refund your returns within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Please be aware that we will not accept any goods back that have been fitted unless a fault has been reported. If the item has been fitted and there is not fault we will not be able to refund your money.
